No. Tap the link, pay by card or Apple Pay, and the content opens immediately. A receipt is emailed so you can reopen the drop anytime — signing up is optional.

Dropfans is available in most of the world. For legal and payment-compliance reasons a small number of jurisdictions are blocked — buyers and creators there can’t use Dropfans:

It depends on your country or state. As a platform that hosts user-generated 18+ content, we follow local age-verification law. Customers in these jurisdictions must pass an ID + liveness check before adult content is shown — everywhere else, no ID check is needed to buy:

It’s a Dropfans purchase — either a one-time drop or a subscription from a creator. Charges show as “DROPFANS” or “CENTROBILL”; the exact descriptor depends on the regulated card acquirer used at checkout. Sign in or email [email protected] to look it up.

Check the card details and that the card allows online and international payments, then try again. If it keeps failing, use a different card or contact your bank — or email [email protected].

It may be another household member or a forgotten purchase. Before disputing with your bank, email [email protected] — we can look it up by email or card details and resolve it quickly.

Some creators offer a subscription for ongoing access to their content. It renews automatically until you cancel. One-time drops are never recurring.

Only subscriptions renew, and only until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. One-time purchases are never charged twice.

Digital content is generally non-refundable once unlocked. If a drop was misrepresented or you hit a technical issue, contact support and we’ll review your case individually. Refund policy →

Upload your files to the Vault, then create a drop, set a price, and share the link. You can sell photos, videos, audio, PDFs or ZIP bundles.

Yes — AI-generated and AI-enhanced content is allowed. Two rules apply, both legal obligations:

Creators keep 85% of every sale (15% seller fee). Payouts run every two weeks, sent to a Paxum account or directly to your bank by IBAN. Track pending and completed payouts in your dashboard.

Each creator is paid on the same two-week schedule to their Paxum or IBAN account, and your agreed revenue split is applied automatically. Crypto payouts aren’t available yet.
