Partner Splits Terms

Version 1.1 · Last updated 2026-10-20 · Operated by KVIQVIEW AB (Org. 559552-3852), Gothenburg, Sweden.

These Partner Splits Terms (the "Splits Terms") explain how partner splits work on Dropfans. They apply to everyone who gives or receives a share, and they are between you and KVIQVIEW AB, doing business as Dropfans ("Dropfans", "we", "us"). They add to the Dropfans Terms of Service; on partner splits, these Splits Terms take priority. You accept them when you sign a Partner Split Agreement.

1. What a partner split is

A partner split lets a creator, or the agency that manages a creator, give someone else (the "Partner") a fixed percentage of that creator's earnings. Whoever gives the share is the "Giver".

The Giver and the Partner record their deal in a Partner Split Agreement that both sign on Dropfans. Dropfans is not a party to that agreement. We carry out the split it records.

A referral deal is a second kind of partner split, paid on the customers a Partner brings in. Section 11 covers how it differs.

2. Who can take part

A Giver is either the creator, giving from their own share, or the agency that manages the creator, giving from its agency share. An AI persona's share sits with its agency, so only the agency can give from it.

A Partner signs from a verified Dropfans creator or agency account, because the share is paid into that account's Dropfans balance. A fan account becomes a creator or agency account through our identity check before it can sign. An invite stays open for 14 days.

A Partner can't be the creator, the creator's agency or the Giver, can't be an AI persona account, and can hold only one revenue-share agreement or open invite per creator at a time.

3. Limits

At most 4 people can be paid from one creator's sales: the creator (unless it is an AI persona), their agency if they have one, their partners, and their referral partners, who together take one place however many there are, because only one referral share is paid on a sale (section 11). An open invite holds a place until it is signed, declined, withdrawn or expires.

A Giver can't give more than it holds. A creator holds what is left after any agency split and the partners it already pays; an agency holds its agency split, less the partners it already pays. We refuse any invite, signature or agency split change that would break either limit.

4. How a share is calculated

A share is a percentage of the creator's Earnings: what is left of each sale after Dropfans' platform fee (currently 15%) and any taxes. The buyer's service fee and VAT are paid on top by the buyer and are never part of Earnings.

Example: a $100 sale leaves $85.00 of Earnings. A Partner on 20% receives $17.00.

Shares apply to paid drops and paid messages, tips, and subscription charges (first and renewal) recorded after the Partner signs. Nothing is backdated.

Shares are calculated in whole cents, and any rounding difference stays with the Giver. A share comes only out of the Giver's part: a creator's partner never reduces the agency's split, and an agency's partner never reduces the creator's.

5. Payment

Each share is added to the Partner's Dropfans balance when the sale is recorded and follows the same holding period as the sale (currently 14 days). After that, the Partner withdraws it like any other earnings, to its payout method, subject to the minimum payout (currently $20) and our payout terms.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or charged back, each person's part of it is reversed: the creator's, the agency's and each Partner's. A share that was not yet paid out is removed from the balance. A share that was already paid out is deducted from the Partner's future earnings on Dropfans until it is recovered.

A Giver never repays a Partner's share, and a Partner never repays the Giver's part.

7. Changing and ending an agreement

The percentage in a signed agreement can't be changed. To change it, end the agreement and both sign a new one.

Either party can end an agreement at any time on Dropfans. Ending takes effect for sales recorded after that moment, and shares earned before it stay with the Partner. Referral deals end differently (section 11). An agreement also ends on its end date if it has one, when an agency stops managing the creator (for that agency's agreements), and when the Giver's or the Partner's account is closed.

8. Signatures and records

Each party signs by typing its full legal name and confirming. We record the account, time, IP address, country and device with each signature, together with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact text signed. Both parties receive the signed agreement as a PDF and can download it from Splits.

9. Our role

We carry out the split as recorded. We don't check, guarantee or supervise any work a Partner does for a Giver, and we don't settle disputes between them.

We may pause or stop adding shares where the law, card-network or payment-provider rules require it, or when an account is suspended or closed, and we correct calculation errors when we find them. We tell both parties when we do.

10. Fees and taxes

Partner splits are free. The standard platform fee applies to the sale the Earnings come from. Each party is responsible for its own taxes on what it receives.

11. Referral deals

In a referral deal the Partner markets the creator and is rewarded on results only: instead of a share of all of the creator's Earnings, the Partner receives a share of the Earnings from the customers the Partner brings in (the "Referred Customers"). Sections 1 to 10 apply to referral deals too, with these differences.

Offers. A Giver makes a referral offer and signs it. An open offer has a public link that any verified creator or agency account can join; a one-to-one offer names one person and closes when they sign. Each Partner who joins signs the Partner Split Agreement with referral terms and gets a personal link for each creator the deal covers. An agency's offer covers the creators it picks, or every creator it manages at the time of each sale. All referral deals on a creator share one of the 4 places in section 3, however many Partners join and whichever Giver made the offer. A Partner may hold a referral deal next to a revenue-share agreement with the same creator.

Referred Customers. A person becomes a Partner's Referred Customer when they come through that Partner's link and we can tell who they are: when they sign up or log in, pay at checkout, open the creator in our Telegram Mini App, or ask to join the creator's Telegram channel through the Partner's link. We remember a click on the device it was made on for 90 days. Only new customers count: someone who has already paid the creator (for an agency-wide deal, any of the agency's creators) is not a Referred Customer. The first Partner to bring a person in keeps them. The creator, its agency, the Giver and the Partner are never Referred Customers.

Earning window. The share applies to every purchase a Referred Customer makes from the creators the deal covers, starting with their first purchase and lasting the period in the deal: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or for life. The first purchase must come within 90 days of the person coming through the link; if it doesn't, they can be referred again. Only one referral share is paid on a sale.

Limits. A Giver can't offer more than it holds after the partners it already pays. An offer needs the referral place on every creator it covers: the place is taken while a referral offer is open, a one-to-one invite is waiting, a deal is running or a Referred Customer is still in their earning window. We refuse an offer on a creator whose 4 places are all in use with no referral place among them, and an agency that runs an offer on every creator it manages needs two free places on a creator joining it. While a referral offer or its customers are running, we refuse new partners and agency split changes that would leave less room than the largest referral share the Giver has promised.

Ending. Either party can end a referral deal at any time, and a Giver can stop new joins on an open offer. From then on the Partner's links bring in no new Referred Customers, but Referred Customers already brought in keep earning the Partner their share until their earning window ends. Shares stop if the Partner's account is closed or terminated for breaking our terms.

Fair marketing. Partners market honestly and follow the rules of the platforms they post on, including advertising disclosures. Referring yourself or your own accounts, paying or tricking people into clicking or buying, setting referral links or cookies without a real visit, spam, and posing as the creator or as Dropfans are not allowed. We may withhold or reverse referral shares that come from such activity and end the deal.

Privacy. Partners see their Referred Customers only as anonymous numbers (such as "Fan #4821"), never their names or contact details. On an open offer the Partners stay anonymous to the Giver too: the Giver sees how many Partners joined and what they brought in and were paid together, never who they are or what one of them earned. Each Partner receives their own signed agreement, and we keep every agreement on record. On a one-to-one deal both parties know each other.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Splits Terms. Each share is governed by the version in force when it is booked. We give notice of material changes in the app or by email.
