Ambassador Agreement

1. Admission to the Program

The Program has a single tier and a single set of commercial terms. Every Ambassador earns the same commission described in section 2; there are no higher tiers to unlock and no individually negotiated rates.

Acceptance is at Dropfans's sole discretion and is granted on merit, considering audience size, audience fit, conduct, and platform alignment. Applications are open, and we also invite ambassadors directly.

Ambassador status is a commission arrangement on the creators you introduce. It does not change the terms on which you sell your own content: your own creator account is charged the standard seller fee published on Dropfans's pricing page, in common with every other creator.

2. Commission

For each Recruited Creator, Dropfans will pay you a referral commission equal to 5% of that Recruited Creator's gross marketplace revenue (GMV), measured for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the Recruited Creator's account is approved. After twelve months, no further commission is payable for that Recruited Creator.

The commission is paid by Dropfans out of its own platform fee. It is never deducted from the Recruited Creator's earnings, and the Recruited Creator sells on the platform's standard published terms.

There is no cap on the number of Recruited Creators, and no minimum. Commission is calculated on cleared transactions only: a sale that is refunded, charged back or reversed carries no commission, and any commission already paid on it may be offset against future commission.

A "Recruited Creator" is a Dropfans creator account that signs up using your unique referral link or attribution code, and is approved by Dropfans, while you are an active Ambassador.

3. Payment schedule and holding period

Commissions accrue continuously and are released on the same rolling schedule as every other kind of earning on Dropfans.

Commission on a given sale becomes payable once the underlying earning has cleared the standard platform holding period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction, which covers the chargeback exposure window. Released commission is added to your Dropfans account balance.

Your balance is withdrawn on request from the Payouts tab; nothing is pushed to you automatically. Commission is paid by the same request as any sales earnings on the account — there is no separate affiliate payout and no separate minimum to reach. Payouts are sent to the payout method you nominate in your account. Currencies, methods, and minimum thresholds match the standard creator payout terms.

4. Required conduct (all Ambassadors)

While participating in the Program you must:

- Operate the personal accounts you list in your application; you may not transfer or sell your Ambassador status. - Disclose your relationship with Dropfans where required by law (e.g. paid-partnership tags on platforms that mandate them). - Use only marketing materials we provide or that you create yourself; never impersonate Dropfans staff or other ambassadors. - Refrain from making unauthorized claims about earnings, guarantees, or features that do not exist. - Refrain from spam, mass DMs without consent, paid-bot promotion, or any platform policy violation that could expose Dropfans to brand or legal risk. - Treat fellow ambassadors and creators respectfully in any private Dropfans channel.

5. Staying active

The Program is for people actively introducing creators to Dropfans. We do not set a posting quota, and there is no monthly commitment attached to your commission.

If you introduce no creators and carry out no promotional activity for six (6) consecutive months, Dropfans may, at its sole discretion, remove you from the Program under section 7. Commission on creators you have already recruited is unaffected by removal on this ground and continues to the end of each creator's twelve-month window.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

- Promote Dropfans on platforms or to audiences that are demonstrably under the age of majority. - Run paid advertising on Dropfans's name, trademarks, or domains (for example, search ads on the keyword "Dropfans") without prior written consent. - Misrepresent the platform's terms (for example, claim subscriptions exist when they do not, or claim guaranteed payouts). - Self-refer (signing up additional creator accounts under your own ambassador link). - Encourage, facilitate, or fail to report fraud, identity-document forgery, or any violation of Dropfans's content rules.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct is grounds for immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions related to the offending conduct.

7. Removal and earned commissions

Dropfans may remove you from the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is sufficient).

If you are removed for any reason other than prohibited conduct under section 6:

- All commissions earned through the date of removal will be paid out on schedule. - Your existing Recruited Creators continue to earn you the 5% commission for the remainder of their twelve (12) month window from approval, after which the share ends.

If you are removed for prohibited conduct under section 6, unpaid commissions related to the offending conduct may be forfeited, and Dropfans reserves all rights to recover any commissions or fees paid in connection with that conduct.

You may exit the Program at any time by giving us written notice. Earned-but-unpaid commissions will be paid out on the standard schedule, subject to the holding period in section 3.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you create.

You grant Dropfans a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, excerpt, and use your Dropfans-related promotional content on Dropfans's own marketing channels for the duration of your Ambassador status and for twelve (12) months after.

"Dropfans", the bird mascot, and our trademarks remain our property. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use them in promotional content while you are an active Ambassador.

9. Independent contractor relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Dropfans. You are responsible for your own taxes, social charges, and any business registrations required in your country. Dropfans will issue tax forms (or local equivalents) where required by law.

10. Confidentiality

Information shared with you in your capacity as an Ambassador (private roadmap, unannounced features, internal metrics, content requests, payout structures of other ambassadors) is confidential. You agree not to share it publicly without our written consent.

11. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
