AI CONTENT POLICY

Last Updated: 10 May 2026 Platform: Dropfans.io Operator: KVIQVIEW AB, Reg. No. 559552-3852, Gamla Låssbyvägen 27, Gothenburg, Sweden

This AI Content Policy ("Policy") supplements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By uploading, posting, or otherwise distributing AI-generated or AI-enhanced content on Dropfans.io ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with this Policy. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Why this Policy exists

Generative AI tools have made it possible to produce highly realistic synthetic media. The Platform welcomes Creators who use these tools responsibly, and at the same time owes its users — and its payment partners — clear, honest information about whether the content they are paying for is real or AI. This Policy sets out, in one place, what disclosure is required, what AI uses are forbidden, and what enforcement to expect.

2. Definitions

  • AI-Generated Model. A virtual character, avatar, or persona created using artificial intelligence to depict a fictitious individual that does not exist as a real human being.
  • AI-Generated Media. An image, video, audio recording, or text that has been wholly or substantially produced by generative AI, machine-learning, neural-network, or similar automated systems.
  • AI-Enhanced Media. Real-source media that has been materially altered using AI tools — face replacement, body modification, voice cloning, AI upscaling that changes likeness, AI-driven retouching that changes identifiable features, and the like.
  • Standard Editing (not covered by this Policy). Colour correction, exposure or contrast adjustment, cropping, framing, lighting, basic skin retouching, watermark application, and other non-generative edits that do not change the subject's identity.

3. Disclosure obligations

3.1 Profile-level disclosure

If your profile depicts an AI-Generated Model — that is, the persona shown is not a real person you can identify and produce on demand — you must:

  1. Declare AI-Creator status during onboarding (or update the setting in your dashboard before publishing AI content).
  2. Keep the profile-level "AI generated or enhanced" label visible on your public profile at all times. The Platform displays this label automatically when AI-Creator status is enabled.
  3. Not state, suggest, or imply in your bio, posts, captions, direct messages, live streams, or anywhere else on the Platform that the persona is a physically real human being. You may write in-character; you may not lie about being human when asked sincerely.

3.2 Content-level disclosure

Every individual upload that is AI-Generated Media or AI-Enhanced Media must be flagged at the time of upload using the AI toggle in the upload flow. The Platform will then display an AI label on the resulting post, drop, or media item. This applies whether or not the Creator's profile is itself an AI-Generated Model.

If you are unsure whether a particular piece of media qualifies, flag it as AI. The cost of over-disclosure is zero; the cost of under-disclosure is account loss.

3.3 AI Operators (one verified identity, multiple AI personas)

A real human may register as an AI Operator and run more than one AI persona under a single verified identity. The operator completes the standard biometric KYC (Section 5) once; each AI persona under that operator is its own creator profile, with its own username and content, and carries the "AI generated or enhanced" label automatically. AI personas do not undergo separate KYC because they are not human, but the operator behind them remains legally and contractually responsible for everything every persona publishes. All earnings from every persona settle to the operator's payout method.

4. Prohibited AI uses

The following are prohibited under all circumstances. No disclosure cures these breaches:

  1. Real-person likeness without consent. Content that includes the image, face, voice, or strong likeness of any real person where that person has not provided documented written consent for the use of their likeness — including, without limitation, deepfakes, AI face-swaps, AI voice clones, and "undress" or declothing tools applied to real people.
  2. Minors. Any AI-generated imagery that resembles, or could reasonably be perceived as resembling, a person under 18 years of age. This is non-negotiable and does not turn on artistic intent.
  3. Harm and harassment. AI content used to harass, defame, intimidate, blackmail, dox, or discriminate against any individual or protected group.
  4. Misleading marketing. AI content captioned, tagged, titled, or made searchable in a way that gives the impression it depicts a real, identifiable, non-consenting person, a minor, or non-consensual activity.
  5. Anything otherwise prohibited. AI content that would be prohibited if it were real (extreme violence, non-consensual sexual acts, hate speech, illegal activity) is equally prohibited as AI.

These prohibitions reflect, among other commitments, the obligations the Platform has accepted to its acquiring bank and the card schemes regarding AI-generated adult services.

5. Behaviour in chats and posts

AI Creators may write and publish in character. AI Creators must not, when sincerely asked by a user whether they are a real person, claim that they are. The "AI generated or enhanced" label on the profile is not optional and not removable; do not direct users to ignore it.

6. Reporting

Anyone — Creator, fan, or third party — may report content that appears to violate this Policy through our Complaints and Reporting channel. We review and resolve reported AI complaints within seven (7) business days. Reports concerning Section 4 prohibitions (real-person likeness, minors) are prioritised and acted on with immediate effect.

If you are a real person who believes your likeness has been used in AI content on the Platform without your consent, contact us through the same channel. We will remove the content with immediate effect once consent cannot be established, in line with our Terms of Service.

7. Enforcement

  • Failure to flag AI content (first offence, no aggravating factors). Removal of the post, written warning, and requirement to enable AI-Creator status before publishing further AI content.
  • Failure to flag AI content (repeat). Account suspension, escalating to permanent termination.
  • Profile-level misrepresentation (e.g. an AI persona claiming to be human in chats or posts). Account suspension, escalating to permanent termination.
  • Any breach of Section 4 (real-person likeness without consent, minor likeness, undress, deepfake, etc.). Immediate permanent termination, removal of all related content, forfeiture of pending payouts associated with the violating content, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement and to the relevant card-scheme reporting bodies.

8. Payment routing for AI content

The Platform may work with more than one regulated card acquirer or payment service provider. Not every acquirer permits the processing of payments for AI-generated or AI-enhanced adult content. Where a purchase relates to a Creator or piece of content that has been declared as AI-generated or AI-enhanced under this Policy, the Platform routes that transaction through an acquirer or payment service provider that has expressly approved the processing of AI-generated adult content. Purchases of non-AI content may be routed through a different acquirer.

The merchant descriptor that appears on your bank or card statement, and the specific acquirer terms that apply, are disclosed at checkout for each transaction. By completing a purchase you also agree to the terms of the acquirer presented at checkout for that transaction. See also Terms of Service §§ 8.7 and 9.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the law, our processor obligations, or industry practice evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above and announced to active Creators by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
